Submit a TIN Certificate

If you have a tax residence outside Sweden, you need to provide your foreign TIN number to us. We require this to report correct information about your payment in the income statement submitted to the Swedish Tax Agency.

TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) is an international tax identification number. It is used by tax authorities in different countries to identify individuals in tax matters.

Log in and submit your TIN

On “My Pages,” those who have tax residence outside Sweden can submit their TIN number.

If you cannot log in

The easiest way is to submit your information via “My Pages.” However, if you do not have BankID or Freja+, you can instead fill in and return the form “TIN Certificate.” This also applies if you are acting on behalf of someone else, such as an estate or a minor child.

If your details change

Notify us within 30 days if the information you have provided changes or is no longer valid. The easiest way to do this is via “My Pages.”

If you are only tax resident in Sweden

You do not need to submit a TIN certificate if you are only tax resident in Sweden.
